We have recently been receiving many inquiries regarding credit card charges that were initiated by a different, unrelated company that uses the acronym “ICM” on credit card statements. We would like to assure you that ICM, Inc. is completely unrelated to the company that has been initiating these charges.
With some internet research, we have discovered that many complaints similar to the ones we are hearing have been made against an online business with the initials “ICM.” We believe this may be the company responsible for these contested charges.
