ICM collects personal identification information, such as name, email address, phone number, etc., through our Website.
Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not intend for our Website or other online services to knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to disclose their personal information to us. ICM will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. If you cannot personally submit a verifiable request, you can authorize a person registered with the California Secretary of State to act on your behalf. If you are an adult, you can make a verifiable request on behalf of a minor under your parental authority.
